Personal Projects

These projects take place in my free time and as you can see, I mainly focus on using vivid colors and mix media on paper. Using the bold colors and expressive movements to add a sense of chaos to the detailed illustrations underneath. This highlights the illusion of control and vaguenesses I try to display while simultaneously adding detailed subject matter to attempt to tell a story. Not telling too much however, because making up your own narrative and conclusions of the story being told is half the fun. It is my hope that you might find a different story every time you see one of these pieces. Personally for me, the meanings change with time.
